5 Popcorn Options: – Unpackaged – Loose. We freshly pop our popcorn offsite, and bring it ready made to your event. (1 bag per guest is how we measure portions).

6’, 8’, and 12' Creative Table Design

Our team custom-designs your popcorn buffet table to reflect the unique style of your event. We dedicate countless hours—sometimes even months—to perfecting a design that creates an unforgettable, interactive, and visually stunning popcorn focused display for you and your guests.

Packages Include

  • Option to add candy – please inquire for pricing.
  • Option for pre packaged popcorn for grab and go. Please inquire for an alternative menu.
  • Baskets/ Jars / Specialty Containers / Risers
  • Scoops
  • Cello/ Cardboard Popcorn Boxes / Paper Popcorn Bag
  • Custom Graphics (2×2” Food Name Cards)
  • On-Site Set-Up and Break-Down
  • Props – contingent on event – to be determined by planners.
  • 1-4 hour rental; additional hours subject to additional fees

Color Specific Popcorn Designs

We have custom popcorn colors, and can accent the design with brand or event colors. Please inquire.

SF Candy Bar Popcorn Buffets

SF Candy Bar Popcorn Buffets are a fun and festive snack option to have at your event. We find that these buffets fit into a casual setting for an outdoor corporate event, corporate picnic, indoor office/building party and or a snack at a wedding reception.

Popcorn Buffet Designs

Our buffet designs can be simple with baskets or elevated with a style that fits into your event. Once you book with us, we will discuss your event needs, but feel free to inquire about design options for the popcorn.

Prepackaged & Self Set-up Option

  • We highly recommend our prepackaged popcorn option.
  • If you are concerned about transmission of germs, the prepackaged popcorn is the way to go.
  • You can have the SF Candy Bar team set-up / breakdown a design at your event OR
  • We offer Client Self Set-up. We send the bags and baskets to you so you can set-up on your own (baskets are for you to keep).
